Michael Seiler has over 25 years of healthcare experience in both clinical and non-clinical roles as well as an educator.  Michael started his career as a clinical provider in emergency medical service agencies and served in various leadership positions within several agencies throughout his career.  Michael transitioned into leadership roles in cardiovascular programs having had the opportunity to lead both clinical and non-clinical teams in cardiology, electrophysiology, cardiac rehab, cardiothoracic surgery, vascular surgery, interventional radiology and related diagnostic testing programs. He was successful in leading these programs while maintaining a focus on clinical excellence, quality, volume growth, revenue optimization, and the improving patient and staff experience.  Immediately prior to joining Cardiac RMS, Michael was leading a cardiovascular program, a neurology and stroke program, and a large multi-site oncology program.

Michael has a passion for ensuring high quality care is provided for all patients and that patients and caregivers are at the center of everything.  He holds an MBA, is a certified physician practice manager, maintains an active state and national paramedic certification, and is a member of the American College of Cardiology, the American College of Healthcare Executives, and American Academy of Professional Coders.
