Kelsie Robinson brings nearly two decades of experience and a profound dedication to patient care to her role as the Sales Operations Manager at Cardiac RMS. Her journey in the healthcare sector began in 2005 through a Cardiology apprenticeship in high school. With a comprehensive background in cardiology, Kelsie has served in various capacities, including Emergency Medical Services (EMS), eight years as a Cardiac Device Specialist in a Device Clinic and over two years, remotely monitoring patients, where she obtained her CDRMS certification.

Joining Cardiac RMS in March 2023, Kelsie initially served as a Patient Care Coordinator, showcasing exceptional commitment to patient well-being. Her passion for excellence and extensive cardiology experience led to her promotion to Sales Operations Manager. In her current role, Kelsie drives operational efficiency and sales strategies that align with Cardiac RMS’s mission of delivering outstanding care.

Outside of work, Kelsie resides in the Northwoods of Wisconsin with her husband, whom she’s been with since grade school. Together, they have a son who recently graduated from high school and is involved in the family business of custom home building. In her leisure time, Kelsie enjoys spending quality time with her family and engaging in a variety of outdoor activities, like boat rides, motorcycle trips, and snowmobiling. She also has a passion for thrifting and DIY projects.
